| I just put 75g of dry porridge into a bowl. I add a good amount of boiling water. I leave for 10 mins (until the porridge has expanded and absorbed the water) and then add 2 scoops of whey (Chocolate I find is the best).
Simple and boring but at 06.00hrs in the morning it is all I want.
Ps - The missus cant stand porridge although I have got my 4 year old boy eating the stuff. As long as his looks just like mine he is happy (however, instead of having water and 'daddy's muscle powder' in it he has milk and chocolate nesquick (he doesnt know the difference!)
