| Since were on the subject of food and shakes - heres a the nicest pwo you could ever have -
couple scoops coconut flavoured whey.
couple eggs
1 banana
1/2 pint fresh pinapple juice.
Mix it all in a blender and add more juice for consistancy.
Hey presto - one well nice pina colada protien shake!!
