| Simply put there are several grades: 80 mesh is granular and doesn't dissolve easily and 200 mesh is almost 'micronised' (like the MetRx version). You also have several sources and the European (Italy and Germany) is regarded as better than Chinese and Korean sourced creatine. At best pharmaceutical grade means it has been tested for purity, source and grain size and could be used by Doctors but in practise it means clean and unsullied.
