| I had pulled something in my chest at one point in time ... I immediately forsook the exercise that caused it (Until it healed up), and chose to work around it. Within a couple weeks I was back to my old self again.
If you experience anything, even as minor as it might be, I would definately back off and figure out a way to train around it. Better that, than possibly messing yourself up real good =/.
