Geezer - are you talking about length, or girth? If it's length, hop down to your doctor, but I don't think it's anything that can't be put right quick. The erect girth varies a bit mate, even I've had off days when I could get the fingertips on both hands to touch around it...: )
Kidding aside (in reality I only use one hand!) it does vary - if it's girth, and isn't back in a few days, then see your GP.
