i'd say ask a doctors/physicians advice on leg workouts and stuff to be on the safe side, dont wana take no chances at such a young age could do yourself a serious injury. goodluck with the operation hope everyfing goes well for ya.

the meals are **** to put it kindly mate ... lol
nothin is in ur favor is it.. u got the braces now lol
wen u start trainin expect to take in a good 5-6 GOOD meals a day and that doesn't include peanuts & coke to be a meal. im talkin sandwichs, pasta, rice, chicken, red meat, fish etc etc proper meals.
plenty of rest and yeh a good 3day split routine is ideal for a person like urself.
im pretty sure at your age if you was consuming 6meals a day on a 3day split routine you'll be hittin 11stone in no time!! in december 2005 i was 8stone :(
by february i was 11stone lol i supplemented though i know i didnt need to. trust me eat like a horse, DRINK PLENTY WATER, adequate rest (8hrs a nite atleast) and train on a 3day split routine and you'll be on the rite road.

hope it all goes well for u, goodluck with the operation and use all this time wisely research into nutrition for bodybuilders, 3day split routines and drink 2-3litres of water daily if not more
