| right, was training 3 times a week bout 6months ago and did boxing and rugby, but snapped a vertibrae which stopped my sport, then couldnt afford gym, though now have a job so thats no problem. Up until 3-4days ago i was eating 3/4 meals a day:
Breakfast = cereal - usually high fibre stuff
Lunch = Chicken slice roll, chocolate etc, the usual ****
Dinner = always high protein, high carb dinners
Snacks = yoghurts, crisps, angel delight, pizza - you name it i eat it
However, I got braces put on the other day :( so not eating properly at the moment, will be back to normal over next few days.
The op, i inherited blounts disease off grandad (bowed legs), i also have osgood schlatters disease from too much sport. The bowed legs do not affect me at all at the moment, but if i leave them i will go over on my ankles when im older, so im having an operation to get them snapped each leg above the ankle and below the knee to set them straight - on the 3rd of July.
Will be in hospital for a week, then wheelchair for 6, so i suppose i can do moderate training after about 8-9 weeks from now? i hope! |
