Taking it after training will help with muscle recovery, taking it before bed will help to increase growth hormone coz it converts to GABA a neurotransmitter which should if anythin make you sleep better, i had some wacky dreams whilst using GABA though so just take 5-10g and you should sleep like a baby!!
p.s if you get a bit bored chompin down 20 tabs of glutamine get the powder next time its much easier |
