You've got to run EQ for 12 weeks minimum, it is a very slow acting steroid and most users don't get any benefit until after about 8 weeks of use, you could always frontload though.
Unless you plan on running the EQ for a lot longer, I would drop it and throw in some Tren @ 75mg EOD.
