We'll be having a bench press comp in Preston which will cost a couple of quid to enter and will have supps as prizes (supplied by Extreme). 50% of your body weight for maximum reps, most reps wins! There may also be another couple of fun comps, 2pm start.

We will be delighted to have as many of you along as possible and will answer any questions you have to the best of our abilities with nothing off limits, as long as its not personal questions.

We hope to be doing something in Plymouth probably in August at Core Fitness.
