Bulk powders
Ive just got my first oder from bulk powders - and i bought a 75ml measure.

Can anyone tell me how many grms of powder this will hold?

Im not sure how much protien im putting in my shakes at the mo, I dont have any scales and the wife chucked out my other measures.
