Body FX in Coventry will be the first location where we will be in seminar on the 25th of June. IFBB Pro Paul George, Mr Universe contendor Chris Wall and me (Doug Black) will discuss different approaches to diet, training, supplements, anabolics and anything else you guys may want to ask about.
Ironman Gym in Preston will be the second venue on the 16th of July where the speakers will be Paul George, Doug Black and Mr England/UK John Bridge, once again nothing is off limits so come along and get in on the action.
