just a quick recipe to make that good old chicken go down a bit easier(yes it is off the telly and yes im one of those sad gits that watches cooking programmes) but this is one of the best recipes i have tried:
2-3 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
chopped fresh ginger(to taste the more the better)
chopped garlic(again to taste but as much as you can handle)
cut the chicken into chunks then marinade in the dark soy sauce, garlic and ginger for at least an hour. then cook with veggies(peppers, spring onions etc). add to noodles. yummy
