Talking it was leg day today but........

i only done afew sets of squats along with some extensions

wasnt feeling up to much in way of going heavy!

decided to have a go at some lunges id never done these before

i absolutely love them theyre wicked got a fantastic pump my whole leg felt as if it was growing straight away lol and the other one!!

can i do these instead of squats? not forever but if im feeling like i was today?

i know they are more of a shaper but will i get some size off them too? :lift:
