That diet is ok for the Atkins. Just fine dude. Try it for atleast 2 weeks. See how you feel. You will lose some fat for sure there. That is a Classic Atkins diet. Try to keep the carbohydrate carbs down to like 20 grams max for a day.
You should notice in a bout 3-4 days the body will slip into ketosis and you will shed some serous fat. I love the diet and would do it right now but I just came off my cycle and want the muscles to take hold. I know that sounded stupid but the body is doing all kindof things hormonally right now and dont want to throw a diet hiccup in with it.
