| Rugby player needs help please. Hi there, i wonder if you guys can help me?I am 25 and not a stranger to weights (many years ago). i am currently in the off season for a rugby team, the season starts september 1st. i would like to gain 10-14lbs aswell as strength gains, could anyone recommend a trainning regime as well as any beneficial supplements if any? i am a PE teacher so have some idea but it can be difficult to have a regular heavy diet due to work commitments, any advice would be much appreciated.
