I think it is good to know what the docs are reading.

When AAS first got 'big' (pun intended) in the 1970s, docs were telling BBers that steroids would not work to put on muscle.

The BBers knew this not to be the case.

Hey, it is the job of the docs to 'first do no harm', so of course they are going to go with the side of caution.

NOW if they would only take this attitude with other pharma drugs like anti-depressants.
