I like 21's and do variation of it for shoulders (usually higher reps though)

Use Dumbells a bit less than your usual weights

Set 1
Lateral Raises 10-15
Military Press Same
Front lifts (for rear delts) to failure

Set 2
Military Press
Front Lifts
Lateral Raises

Set 3
Front Lifts
Lateral Raises
Military Press

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo canes your shoulders
