| Go for a gentle run first thing in the morning for 10-15 minutes, this will stimulate appetite.

Drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day
Prepare good tasting food (like Big said) because good tasting food makes you want to eat it
Some days when eating a lot you are simply not going to be hungry but force fead yourself anyway.
