Eat smaller meals more often. This is the main one. Taking in loads of protein will turn your body into a fat burning furnace.

If you use AAS, use equipose and limit the orals.

You can inject B12 which helps.

Eat things which you can stomach. For example, if you loath tuna, don't try forcing down 3 tins a day - pick something else, and unless you're cutting, don't be afraid to use a little sauce (assuming it doesn't contain much sugar) to make it more paletable.

Eat more fats and less carbs if you want to get in extra calories without feeling as full/bloated.
