| Looks good to me - to spice things up a bit why not swap meals 9am and 12noon around. Keep your body guessing is the key to avoid boredom :-)
On a serious note - instead of eating every 2 hrs - which is to close together imo and eat every 3 hrs - It will give your body more time to digest each meal.
On the boredom factor - cant help you as im bored with all food exept fast food and take aways - Just got to get it down you. |
