I need help, I'm bored to death with my diet. I've been on it now for months and I need to change it round a bit.
I stick to it Mon-Fri while at work so I need easy stuff that I can prepare the night before or cook in the Microwave. Sat is no prob as I am at home so I can do whatever and Sun I eat what I like as I dont train.
Currently it looks like:
7 am: Oats, sugar, milk and bananna
protien?? add 4 eggs at least imo
9 am: Jacket Pot, chicken and mayo
furry muff... watch the fat in th emayo
12 noon: Chicken, Rice and Veg
sweet
2 pm: Protein Bar (Pro Flapjack or Meso Tech)
4 pm: Bananna - Thats all I can fit in
u girl.... a quick oats/egg shake?
7pm: Train
Or dinner on Non Workout day
9pm: Dinner on gym day- Protien/Carb/Veg
11pm: CNP Pro Mass
(i'd swap that for something else mate fast acting carbs b4 bed aint great... so if u want carbs a lil bit of oats and eggs will see u right)
PWO after gym: Pro-Peptide, Glutamine.
BCAA's and EPA Fish oil with every meal.
No fish oils with any sugars
ZMA and Trib and Creatine while not using AAS
