9pm: Dinner on gym day- Protien/Carb/Veg

11pm: CNP Pro Mass (i'd swap that for something else mate fast acting carbs b4 bed aint great... so if u want carbs a lil bit of oats and eggs will see u right)

PWO after gym: Pro-Peptide, Glutamine.

BCAA's and EPA Fish oil with every meal.No fish oils with any sugars

ZMA and Trib and Creatine while not using AAS
