| Hi guys, went to the walk in centre and im really not any wiser. i have a docs appointment on Monday as they were not sure. She said the presure on the surface of my foot could be a trapped nerve or a tendon problem but she just didnt know!
Oh well. Ive been told not to train and to rest until ive at least seen a doctor.
