| sounds like shinsplints. i suffer too. although i powerlift/bodybuild I also play football twice a week on astroturf so a 17 stone lad running on a hard pitch doesnt do the best for the old shins.
I went to physio who said lay off the footy, try playing once a week and a doc from the foot specialist dept will make some in-soles to help my posture because thats what it boils down to - posture. |
