| Thanks guys. I normally train in Nike Air Max trainers or Addidas Climalite trainers. I wore a new pair of Nike Shox to the gym and im thinking that might be the problem! (They look so good though!)
Im really hoping its nothing serious but i find it strange that it's only in the one foot and leg! I normally get issues with my right foot as i broke it when i was little.
I normally do 30 mins on the X Trainer and 30 on the Treadmill. Weights to finish.
