| Thanks for this! Wow didnt expect such a response. Today is the day for change. I went for a walk this morning and then had breakfast (porridge). Feel so awake just for doing that 10 mins this morning! My body is craving junk as we speak but i am being strong! lol To the gym tonight for the first time in over a year! I will try the incline walking as running would kill me. Do you guys reccomend that i do any weight work yet or shall i just do cardio until i have lost some of the fat, another thing is my gym is full of heros and i feel daft going into the free weight room being 6' 5 and weak as sh*t!
