Jabbing query

I had a shoulder problem around 16-18 months ago, i had 6 months off weights and a cortisone injection.

It healed quite well, but now my right shoulder is starting to grind again if you get me, it still clicks from the initial problem i had. But it now seems that either the cortisone injection has warn off, or i have ground down the cartilage in my shoulder again.

My question is when i jab prop into my right shoulder it feels great, lubed up and like new again.

first thing i know is to get some glucosamine sulphate but...

can my shoulder get dependant on the injections?

Big wrists, big forearms, damn Man, that hair looks like wire. You look like if you fell down you would break the concrete.
