The stuff im taking a tthe moment is Met-RX FX CreaPhos, seems very good quality, but the other thing is it actually takes great too

The other thing is theres no loading stage, which is a bonus.

Just a note, if you live in the UK and you happen to have a GNC store near you then you should make a visit, theres some very good offers on particularly for gold card members. I picked up my stuff (500g) for £14.99 instead of £30. Also they had Micronised monohydrate (met-rx)1000g for £17 from £30.
