| Keyhole surgery mate - in laymans terms, the way I understand it. They're basically going to 'tighten' up the ligament at the front of my shoulder because at the mo its so stretched/damaged if I place my arm up and out to the side, behind me it pops out !
Its not major surgery, in and out of hospital in a day or two. 3 weeks in a sling and then 3 weeks rehab till you can even think about doing anything normal. |
