| after the expert advice i had off here, the best thing i came up with to add too my shakes was mixed seeds and an apple.
like hacksii said, add fats to the shake, seeds are ideal as there paked with good fat, protein and vitamins.
supermarkets sell mixed seeds, next to the nut selection. they arnt very nice like but thats not the point.
theyre good to snack on aswell and fill you up pretty quick |
