| Reverse crunches with a medecine ball between the legs are good for hitting the lower portion of your abdominal wall as are, hanging leg raises with a medecine ball between the knees or legs and leg raises again with a medecine ball belween them.
Main thing is finding what works best for you though as whats good for me might be no good for you. All down to the individual remember that ok. no such thing as a one size fits all in bodybuilding.
