some good advice so far, consistency is the key.
i see people busting there nuts in our gym once or twice a week and then here them moan about not seeing any results.
there are three parts to a healthy life style, diet/gym/rest.
i like the last of the three the best, i love my bed
cleaning up your diet even slighty and a couple of work outs a week with some decent rest will get you on your way.
try not run before you can walk.
