but essentially you should be eating between 6-8 meals per day consisting of good protein source(chicken,beef,turkey,fish)
along with some complex carb sources(Sweet spuds, Basmati Rice, Wholegrain bread and pasta)
on top of these food types you would benefit by using a good blended protein especially to take before bedtime.
