Buy a chinning bar...of any kind
and some dumbells...dont need a bench ...get a fitball
a bar bell if you can stretch to it

you can do pullups and dips between chairs
there are a wide variety of press-ups

there are plyometric exercises

height and weight will only be a concern if you want to compete...when we train MMa we put all shapes and sizes in (we train for SD, not competition)

In SD a small woman can generate enough power to knock out most guys, in the ring its a slightly different matter.

.

A pretty good routine can be made up of dips, pullups, push ups and a few other bodyweight exercises

A sand bag and/or a packed kitbag are excellent for building size and functional strength......and will help with MMa's too
