I dont think there is a huge need to hammer tons of it for it to do its job.
It is more about timing than anything else.
More nolva does not work better than the amount that is used to jumpstart supression.
I feel that 20 mg is enough to do the job and should be tapered at the end to avoid estrogen rebounding.
Just my opinion.
So that would be a total of 40 days on nolva actually.
