Nice post on eggs - but I hate these studies - How on earth can you control a study on appetite and calorie intake after eating 2 eggs for breakfast ??? Surely there are to many variables - appetite isnt a constant thing - it changes like the wind from person to person. So to say that people who eat 2 eggs for breakfast over people who eat bagels then go on to take in "163" calories less for lunch is utter bs imo.
