| Cheers for the replies guys. Might sound a bit 'movie' but i got up this morning with more energy than i've had for a long time...and i haven't even done anything yet, it was just the fact that i knew i was going to be doing something and that my life was changing that day. Anyway, i was up at 6.30am this morning, i had a quick breakfast of oats and 2 eggs and went to the gym. Now i wasn't/aren't to sure on what is best for pre-workout so i thought i'd go with that breakfast before the gym. Anyway, at the gym with a bodybuilding mate of mine, and i concentrated on cardio work, i did 45 minutes of cardio before i started to feel knackered. I had a 10 minute break and topped up with some much needed water, then set out doin 30 minutes lifting. When we finished there i had a protein shake (purchased at the gym, im not sure on the brand) and had a can of tuna and a slice of wholemeal bread. At the moment im aching but i feel really good. As i said before im not to sure if im eating the right things at the right times, should i be having more protein PWO? Should i be eating what i ate pre-workout? Any suggestions on training? Should i concentrate on cardio more, of lifting more? Any suggestions would be great, thanks again guys, your an inspiration. |
