| Right a little update on the situation:
I attempted to do a 120kg bench today and managed to get 4 reps but my shoulder was now SCREAMING pain!!!!
I decided there and then not to do anymore lifting that day.
next gym session I could not even do bi curls with 20kg WTF!!!
I have really fecked it, and I am now going to attempt a 2 week abstinence from lifting to see if that helps (Even push ups are REALLY sore).
So, I will let you all know how I feel 2 weeks from now............still going to squat though! |
