| thats a good idea silentbob. Id go on the cheap option with creatine monohydratge, and give a guide telling them how to use it exactly, by mixing it with glucose etc.
Definately add glutamine. for those non-belivers, i used a mate as a guinea pig, and he has been very impressed buy using it 2x per day with the results-mainly less soreness after training. once he run out, withing 3 days, he complained about how much worse his DOMs were.... He didnt believe it would work either... ;) |
