| I thiink coffee is a big no-no.
When i drink a couple of pints of water in the morning, i do feel better, sharper and more awake than a cup of coffee ever does.
I have worked in a few offices and the amount of coffee people consume is frightening-it really is frightening.
1-2 cups a day is fine i guess, but when you put it into perspective by the fact that it does take a couple of pints of water to get that hydration back, is it really worth it? Water really triggers my metabolism aswell making me eat more, so personally i would say 2 cups a day is the most (for me anyway), but i never touch the stuff. Water is the way to go :becky:
We have a really nice tasting water down South so i actually enjoy drinking it.
