Best to drink decaffinated tea or java or drink 3 cups of water for every cup of caffine you have or every chocolate bar you eat.
If you can press your fingernail into the underside of your forearm and leave an indentation you are in bloat mode and need to drink more water.
I am in a bloat mode at the moment. I don't drink alot of caffine but I don't drink enough water, and I eat way too much salt..... working on changing that.

Hey Peg,
You might be interested in hearing that the salt habit is quite easy to kick! IMO good quality salt, in small amounts, is healthy! Macrobiotic thing. After years of eating processed high sugar food, George Oshawa, founder of macrobiotics, says most Westerners are san paku, meaning three whites. People who are too yin (sugar) have the whites above their pupils and irises visible or three whites.
