Thanks, wanting to cut so I can look lean and toned and see my gains, feel I am getting far too big and its a bit uncomfortable. I have always been a fairly lean bloke and started all this last April and was 10' 10lb and i have so changed, people keep asking if i am on roids! LOL, anyway my hols in June so thats my target plus if I drop to low BF I can go hell for leather with bulk at back end of the summer. My theory is I eat 6 meals a day at moment and most between 550-660 cals so plan to drop to 350-400 per meal which should drop me a pound a week!
