| First major cut...any advice After bulking all winter I am now planning a cut for about 12 weeks. I am prepared for the long haul as long as I can keep my hard earned gains! I am 5'10" 187lb not sure on BF but maybe about 20, it is mainly on my torso. 7.15 40g Whey in water 7.30 50g oats in skimmed milk - 7.40 bike to work 20mins 8.00 2 boiled eggs 10.00 2 wholemead bread, tin tuna, carrot 12.30 70g Mackeral + either 250g L/F cott chs or 150g Chicken breast, pear 3.00 40g Whey in water, 10ml flax, 25g brazil/almonds, 1 oatcake - 5.30 bike home 6.00 50g brown rice, 150g chicken/tuna/salmon/steak+ veg(drop rice non training day) 7.45 train 30-45mins 8.30 PWO 40g Whey in water 9.15 50g Brown Rice, 150g chicken/tuna/steak 11.00 200g L/F Cott cheese 10ml Flax then bed I train on a 3 day split mon, wed & frid. I would drop rice and move 9.15 meal to 8.30 on non training day and maybe just have scrambled eggs, 3 whole + 4 whites. Any comments, thanks |
