I agree with Luke tbh, I'm not slating you or anything but your diet can't be great if your on your third cycle of gear and only at 11 stone. I was 9stone 13 before I started bodybuilding, in less than six months I've put put on over a stone of good quality mass without any gear whatsoever! all I've had is **** loads of decent food! I can bench 45kg dumbells so 90kg, 100kg on the smith but the smiths ****! I've just started training legs so only squating 100kg but what I'm saying is maybe you should concentrate on eating like a horse and bulking up a bit then banging in the gear! Like i said I'm not slating just my opinion.

I agree with Tom also but from his pics he isn't very bulky (Not saying I am) so i think that it's not a case of weight but more appearence that Luke was maybe commenting on.
