| Not that great. Used to train at home with bench, DB's and BB's wasnt entirely sure what i was doing, have had trouble nailing a decent diet (still am) which seems to be a big problem as I find it hard to put weight on.
Started going to a proper gym last year, started doing new stuff, dips, pull ups etc..
At the moment am waiting for my Personal Trainer mate to go through a proper routine with me. But in the mean time doing Supersets, 4 exercises, 3x8
Mon: Chest and Back,
Wed: Bi's and Tri's,
Fri: Shoulders,
Sun: Legs <--- Need to work harder on these (to include squats etc...)
