Its difficult to answer those question really as we cant see whats going on underneath, you do look as if you have a powerfull base..
I would concentrate on the diet and you wont go far wrong with Pauls advice . The key to diet is making it a part of your everyday lifestyle, then it doesnt become a chore, its the losing and then gaining cycle that you need to break and that is the only way of doing it.
I would set yourself a realistic target. If im honest I dont think your gona be ready for a show my July.. In fact I would advise against in as im not a fan of losing weight quickly. I would say you can prety much transform a body in a year and that should be your goal setting yourself smaller goals along the way to keep yourself motivated.
