Cheers guys. I wish I could say I had lost weight but although bits of me have toned up underneath, I am definately needing to lose some of the love handles I gained just before xmas cos Im heavier than ever right now.
I'm starting on PSCarb's diet now so hopefully this will make a big difference. I am thinking about entering a competition in the physique class around jun or july so plenty of time to trim down.
But does anyone have any comments re whether I have the right general physical attributes for physique (ie; is there enough muscle on me or enough time to put muscle there) or should I lconsider doing fitness instead. (I'm not particularly flexible or gymnastic though!)
