| They take a bit less than normal spuds when oven cooking. I leave a sweet one in for around 45 mins on around 170-180 degreess in a fan oven, where I leave the same size normal spud for around an hour or more. I imagine it takes less time if you make them into wedges. Its best just to experiment to see how it goes. Stick a knife in to see if there not to hard inside.
Anybody know how many cals per 100g are in sweet spuds if you roast them?
It only says about boiling on the ones I have. |
