| done something to my back bros i was doing deads today warmed up properly got to my working weight of 100kg (first time ive lifted it got 8 and then 6 anf then 3 out of it. then i sat down had a rest before i did my chinups and all i could feel was the lower left part of my back with a pain starting form their and going to me left thigh, i managed to get home and put some deepheat on it do you think this is a pull muscle? or smet worse? |
