I'm just gonna keep working at it and see where I get really. At the moment i'm about 171lbs. I'd like to gain on this with lean muscle mass, but I don't really know what a realistic goal would be within a year...Anyone got any ideas on a reasonable goal to work towards?

The main thing is that i'm really enjoying training at the moment, which can't be bad.

Something that is concerning me lately however is my left shoulder. Seems to be getting gradually more painful. I don't know whether this is down to weight training, or something that happened at Tae Kwon Do training. But anyway... I'm trying to rest it as best as I can, but i'm worried about compromising my training. From what i've read, it may be a torn ligament, or something like that (doesn't sound very good at all) so i'm gonna get it check up on as soon as possible:(
I'm very strict on myself about having good form on all exercises.... So I don't think it was caused due to lack of control/form whilst lifting.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
